AI training tailored to your company — not to a catalog
We start with a free audit to see where you're really losing hours. Only then do we build the program. After the training your team keeps the knowledge, ready-made prompts and processes — and if you want to go further, we deploy it to production.
30 minutes, online, no strings attached
- Taught by engineers, not presenters
- Exercises on your own data
- GDPR and AI Act compliant
Most AI trainings end with a slide deck, not a change
We know the pattern — clients describe it to us before they even reach out.
Slide after slide
A trainer reads a deck nobody will ever open again. A YouTube video would have done the same job.
Theory without your context
Examples from demos — never from your spreadsheets, emails and systems. Impossible to apply on Monday morning.
Trainers without practice
Someone who talks about AI but has never shipped anything. The first hard question from the room ends the topic.
No follow-through
Silence after the workshop. Momentum dies within two weeks and everything reverts to the old ways.
Three steps. Each one is optional.
Free intro audit — 30 min
We talk to a decision-maker: team size, departments, tools, where the most time leaks away and what limits you on the data side. You leave with a one-page summary of the three places where we see the biggest return. No fee, no commitment.
Training tailored to your company — 1 or 2 days
We assemble the program from modules picked for your processes. Exercises run on your real files and cases — not internet examples. You walk out with ready prompts, templates and a 30-day plan.
Made-to-measure implementation — only what makes sense
Some things your team will do on their own after the training. The rest needs a system: automation, integrations, a voice assistant. We build exactly as much as the numbers justify — with the same engineering discipline as the rest of our systems.
The cost of the full audit is credited in full against your first implementation invoice.
What we build the program from
This is a module library, not a fixed agenda. After the audit we pick the ones that actually match your processes — and plug your examples into the exercises.
Foundations
- What AI is and what it is not — hallucinations, limits of trust, verification
- Tool landscape: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, NotebookLM — which one for what
- Prompting in practice: quick, extended and deep-research modes
Documents and data
- Drafting, summarizing, formatting, translations
- Cleaning and organizing spreadsheets, extracting information from databases
- Multimodality: images, video and recordings as a text source
Security and compliance
- Who is behind the models and what happens to your data
- Anonymization: what, when and how — mandatory before sending
- GDPR, the AI Act and trade secrets in day-to-day work
AI in the team
- A shared knowledge base, prompt library and assistants
- Ground rules: what is allowed, what is not, who approves
- Assistants for specific roles: back office, sales, customer service
Automation — the bridge to implementation
- Where chat work ends and an automated process begins
- How to spot a process that is worth automating
- Live demo: from a form submission to a finished proposal
Wrap-up — the 30-day plan
Every participant leaves with three tasks they start doing with AI tomorrow: task → tool → first step → success metric.
Two formats, one standard
One day
- Best for
- Your team is starting from zero and you want a fast start
- Duration
- One full workshop day
- Group size
- A small, hands-on group
- Materials
- Worksheets, prompt library, recording
- After the training
- A 30-day plan
Two days
- Best for
- You want it to stick and become routine
- Duration
- Two full workshop days
- Group size
- A small, hands-on group
- Materials
- Everything from the one-day format + your team's own knowledge base
- After the training
- A 30-day plan + 30 days of aftercare — email support and a wrap-up consultation
We run trainings at your office, at ours, or online. Pricing depends on scope and group size — we quote after the free audit.
Taught by the same people who build this for a living
We are an engineering team with 15+ years of combined experience across banking, cryptocurrency infrastructure, large-scale IT integration and autonomous-driving software. Day to day we build AI automations running in production at our clients. That means you won't hear "interesting question, I'll check" in the room. We show things we have deployed ourselves — including what broke along the way and why.
Practice, not theory
Every example comes from a system that actually runs at a client.
Your data, not a demo
Exercises run on your files and processes. That's why we start with an audit.
Follow-through included
After the training you keep the contact, the materials and a concrete implementation path — if you want one.
Questions and answers
Is the audit really free?
Yes. The intro audit is a 30-minute online call — we need it to know what to propose in the first place. Without it, a quote would be guesswork. Only the full process audit is paid, and its cost is credited against the implementation.
Our team is non-technical. Will they keep up?
That is our core audience. We start from zero, match the pace to the room and do the exercises together, step by step. No prior tool experience required.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Data security is a dedicated block of the program, not a footnote. We teach anonymization, show which tools can be let into your organization and which cannot, and how to tie it into your security policy.
Do we have to buy an implementation after the training?
No. The training is a standalone product and some companies stop there — that is a good outcome. We only propose implementation where the post-audit numbers actually add up.
Can the program be adapted to our industry?
That is the whole point. The modules are shared, but the examples, exercises and files are yours. That is why we do our homework before every training instead of showing up with one deck for everyone.
Can the training be subsidized?
We are working on making our trainings available through the Polish Training Services Database (BUR). Ask about the current status during the audit.
